No boating license is required to ride a jet ski in Miami. However, riders born after January 1, 1988 may need to complete a short safety briefing or test, which we provide before your ride.
How How much weight can a jet ski hold?
Jet skis can support up to 350 lbs total. This allows one or two riders at a time. For safety reasons, weight limits must be respected, and our staff will always help determine the best setup before your ride.
Can two people ride the same jet ski?
Yes. Most jet skis are designed for up to two riders, as long as the combined weight stays within the allowed limit. Our team will confirm the best setup before you ride.
Is jet skiing safe for beginners?
Yes. Jet skiing is beginner-friendly. Before your ride, our staff provides clear instructions, safety guidelines, and life jackets to ensure a fun and safe experience.
Where do we depart from and how early should we arrive?
Departure Address: 1635 N Bayshore Dr, Miami, FL 33132, USA.
The marina is located behind the DoubleTree Grand Hotel. You can access it via 16th St or by walking through the Grand Retail Plaza. We are located at Pier 1. Walk through the door. The boat is by the red flag on the right side. Captain Jorge or Gigi are going to check you in.
Check in starts 30 minutes before departure time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll help you reschedule or provide a refund according to the booking policy. Light rain usually doesn’t cancel tours, but strong winds or storms may.
What should I bring for my jet ski rental?
We recommend bringing:
A valid photo ID
Swimsuit or water-friendly clothing
Sunscreen
Towel
Personal belongings should be kept to a minimum.
How big is the boat?
The boat is 43 feet long by 18 feet wide. Really wide and very stable, you will enjoy a very smooth ride with plenty of space go around the boat.
