Welcome to Sunset Breeze Tours! By booking with us or participating in any of our tours, events, or activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments: All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized third-party partner. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Personal Information & Privacy: We collect your name, phone number, and email solely for communication regarding your booking. This information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds: Each product or tour may have its own specific cancellation policy, outlined during booking.

• No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

• Bad Weather: Tours canceled due to weather conditions will be rescheduled, but no refunds will be provided.

4. Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend your scheduled tour, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee. Please contact us at info@sunsetbreezetours.com at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer: By booking and attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any activity. Sunset Breeze Tours acts solely as a third-party booking agent and is not responsible for any accident, injury, or loss occurring during the event or tour. Guests participate at their own risk.

6. Code of Conduct: We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

• Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

• Anyone behaving inappropriately may be removed without refund and reported to the proper authorities, including the U.S. Coast Guard if applicable.

7. Identification & Alcohol Policy

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

• Guests under 21 years of age, will not be served alcohol. No exceptions. We encourage all guests to plan ahead and not drink and drive. Please use ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft for safe transportation to and from your activity.

9. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. By booking, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts in case of any dispute.
